Georgetown Housing Authority provides its permanent full time employees with a complete benefits package which includes:
CoPay health insurance premiums are paid at 100 percent for the employee. Additional coverage for family members can also be purchased. The Housing Authority pays 75% of dependent's premium.
DHMO dental insurance premium are paid at 100% for the employee. PPO plans are also available for an additional monthly fee.
One year from date of hire. The housing authority contributes 10 percent of the employee's gross income towards the retirement plan.
One Year from Date of Hire. Employees are eligible for a merit increase based on annual performance evaluation.
