My husband Jeff and I have been married 30 years and have five children with one in college, three college graduates, one at UTMB Medical School, and a Senior at Georgetown High School. 

I have been a resident of Georgetown over 29 years.  I joined Georgetown Housing Authority 14 years ago.  I have 31 years of experience in property management, 19 of which are in affordable housing.

We are members of Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church in Andice, and thank the Lord for all our many blessings.

Shannon Kelly - Director of Housing Operations

I have been with the Georgetown Housing Authority for thirteen years.  I started as the Section 8 Coordinator and have been director of Operations for almost two years.

I am from Dallas, Texas but have lived in Austin since 1985.  I graduated from Lanier High School and attended Austin Community College.  I am not married and live with my two pit bull dogs, Bully and Winnie.

 Nicola Alleyne - ROSS Coordinator

I was born in England, and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  I am a mother, wife, daughter, and sister. My daughter and I share the same birthday with our cat Zion.  My family, and I relocated to Pflugerville, TX in 2004. I consider myself a seasoned social service worker. My enjoyment is always to leave a lasting impression that always includes laughter!!!

I am excited about joining the Georgetown Housing Authority and meeting everyone!!


Tracey Downing - Stonehaven Manager

Hello everyone!  I am so excited to be a part of the team here at Stonehaven!  I am originally from Florida but have lived all over the country, coming from a military family.  I have resided in Central Texas since Summer 2005 and I am proud to call this my home!

I come to you with a background in housing and property management which I do enjoy very much.  I love meeting new people and I wish to make sure that you feel at home when you visit with me.  I look forward to an opportunity to meet each and every one of you personally at some point.  Blessings to all!

Osbaldo Kancheff Lead Maintenance
I started working for GHA as a temporary employee from September 23, 1992 to January 2, 1993.  Mr.  Ernest Lincoln, who was the ED at that time, hired me permanently in 1993, and I have been here since then.

 I have a son and a daughter and a granddaughter.  I love sports, cooking, fishing and hunting.  I love my job and I try to enjoy it because I like helping my residents, GHA, and coworkers.

Juan Guillen  Maintenance
I actually began working for Georgetown Housing Authority in 1985 as a contracted worker and was hired on in 1986 as an employee.  I love maintenance work as well as making ready of vacant units.  I have been here so long that the residents feel like ?family? to me.

I have been married for 33 years.  I have two sons and a daughter and two granddaughters.

Juan Kancheff  - Maintenance
I started working as a temporary employee in 1999 and Mr. Ernest Lincoln, the ED at the time hired me permanently in 2001.  I have been working here for 13 years.  I was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, and I have  lived in Georgetown for 18 years.

 I enjoy, fishing, and cooking.  I have three sons, five grandchildren, and I have been married for 44 years.  I very much enjoy working for GHA.


Jose de la Torre - Maintenance Tech
Mr. De La Torre was hired in late 2012 and he was previously employed by both the Georgetown and Round Rock Independent School District since June of 2002.



Jose Ramos - Maintenance Tech
Mr. Ramos is from Austin, TX.  He has been with Georgetown Housing Authority since the first week of February and is now a permanent, fulltime maintenance staff person. Please help us to welcome Jose to our community.
